iPhone Express Replacement Service (Apple Care+)

Can we just request for the express replacement instead of running through clean install of OS, diagnostic tests, etc if we have Apple Care+? My iPhone's screen intermittently has touch issue such that it doesn't wake up upon tapping.. but I don't want to spend hours to run through test or leave the phone with Apple for a few days for testing.

Call up Apple and ask.
They’re in the best position to let you know :)
