If you buy a iPhone from Apple store online ah. And there's cosmetic damage etc right out of the box. Will they do a 1-1 exchange for a new or a 2nd hand?

give apple tech support a ring. suspect its within the first 7 days or something.

btw theres no such thing as 2nd hand. its a refurb set which has been tested and a new shell.

And if I am not wrong it's 14 days. Not 7.
