Iphone Help Needed

Hello people I am really stressed up now. I own an iphone 4s and I do not need a passcode to use my phone. Just now when I tried to use it I found out the phone has been locked and asked me for a passcode.

There is a message saying "Get password. Write to email: apple.pass.restore@gmail.com"

Can anyone help me please? I called M1 and they said they cannot do anything to help me.

Your phone has probably been hacked or there's malware. Try restoring from iTunes. You can also try calling Apple helpdesk.

Someone may have used your Find My iPhone and hacked it. Check if your Apple ID is still valid and use two-factor authentication to ensure.

You can try restoring your iPhone via iTunes.

Thank you. Do you know of any Apple store that I can go to?

As of now I have transferred my SIM card over to another iPhone, and have transferred the data as well via iCloud. But the problematic phone remains locked.

There are no Apple stores in Singapore.

However there are 2 Apple authorized service centers: A.ALAB & QCD. Multiple locations. Just google & go to the one nearest to you. Best is to make an appointment before going down.

For your 4s, since you've transferred the data to another iPhone, try DFU mode, then factory reset.
