hi everyone, I have this strange issue on my iPhone where I can't understand where my storage space is going to.

Have attached screenshots in my iPhone and iTunes.

In iTunes it shows there is a mysterious 10GB that pertains to Others. Any idea what is going on?

Thank you.

I have not done a backup before the error occurred. I only backed up in itunes after getting this error. If I do a restore from backup, would I just be getting back the same issue?

If I do a hard reboot, I believe I would lose all my data. Is there an alternative to figure out what is going on? thanks.
