Iphone setup hang

When setting up via iPhone to iPhone, my iPhone 12 stuck at setting up Apple ID. Anyone got recommendation to troubleshoot? I have tried restarting, changing wifi network.

Does not want to setup via computer. Any other advice?

Yup yup.. any suggestion how to troubleshoot? Can don need use iCloud and computer?

I also failed at the first 2 attempts. Finally, succeeded at the 3rd attempt. My failure wasn’t due to AppleID though, it was due to wifi unavailability (couldn’t get the new iPhone’s MAC address before migration).
