iPhone to iTunes

So two days before collecting my iPhone 6, my external HDD which contains my iTunes library crashes. However, all the music that I do want are in my iPhone 5. I have redownloaded the ones that I bought from iTunes but there are others that were from CDs, artist's websites, etc that no longer exists/ don't have access to anymore.

Any ideas what I can do to transfer from my iPhone 5 to my iTunes library? Thanks!
