I went to singtel to trade in my iphone6 today and they complain my phone got chip at the charging port area and are unable to accept my phone. I remember last time they only check if can power off and on and call etc... didnt know the check is so strict and stringent now. anybody experience the same situation? should i try my luck at other outlet?
