Iphone unable to backup

Hi guys, I have some issues with backing up my iphone, this is what happened.

I disconnected my iphone halfway through backup sometime ago (4months~) ago, and since then, my iphone cannot seem to backup to my itunes.

Some solutions i tried includes deleting previous backup files from my computer and trying to sync my phone but to no avail. Following that, whenever i try or attempt to sync my iphone, the syncing will get stuck at the backup step i.e it takes forever to backup. (I left it overnight and didnt work)

So Im kinda stuck in a limbo now, with no backup on my comp and my phone unable to backup sigh. help pls

Backup in iCloud loh

Open command window and run as Administrator.
type in:
netsh winsoc reset
---

Restart computer after. Try again.
