Try calling up AppleCare and see what they say!
All the best.

You'll have to call apple and ask them to schedule an appointment for you but you got to wait a few days for the replacement set (if any) since they need to ship the correct model over before replacing.

Regardless on where you purchased your iPhone (can be Japan/North Korea/India;etc), it can serviced anywhere in the world.

But from what i know if you wish to have the iDevice (that were purchased from oversea/ Carrier-locked phone; etc), you need to have a Proof of Purchase to be serviced in the Singapore's Authorised Service Provider.

But of course your oversea iDevice have AppleCare Protection Plan, you can simply call for an ERS instantly.

Hope this clarifies!

Hello guys!

My iPhone 6s is still under warranty. The problem I had with the iPhone is I have a crack screen and it died on 23%. So my question is it possible to get repair from QCD or A.Lab?

Thanks!
