hi all,

currently using 11 pro max still under warranty as bought from certified mobile shop (lite mobile)

just wondering, anyone managed to do 1-to-1 replacement, as i'm experiencing some issues with my SIM tray?

are the criteria to pass their diagnostics test and determined by the staffs whether they'll do a 1-to-1 replacement? or if they're able to fix the issue then no need for 1-to-1 replacement?

I think if that issue can be fixed, they will just repair it. only if can't fix then 1-1
