Iphone Whatsapp backup stuck at 0%

Tried various methods By googling such as
- restart iPhone
- ensure iCloud has sufficient space
- toggle on/off for WhatsApp backup

Still keep stuck at 109.3mb of 2.74gb......

Any solution?

When you mean by "sufficient" space. how much is it?

My iCloud space now is 160.8mb of 5gb used

Should be more than enough

There must be enough free space on both your iCloud and iPhone. You need to have at least 2.05 times the space available in your iCloud account and on your phone than the actual size of your backup.

WhatsApp backups have been screwy on iOS13.
I get the backup not completed notification at least once a week. And I have so much free space available.
