iPhone X doesn’t vibrate

Hi all Apple gurus,

Here’s the context, I brought my iPhone X to the Apple store at MBS to change out the battery as it was at 76% (internal reading) and it was draining like mad everyday. All was good, except that my phone no longer vibrates, I toggle the side button it doesn’t vibrate, adjust my setting under Sounds & Haptics or Accessibility, it doesn’t solve the problem either.

Anyone have any solutions? If not, I guess there would be another trip to Apple store again ):

Tried many times...doesn’t work. Gotta schedule appt at apple store and bring it down for repair zz
