juat got my Caudabe Sheath case but realised that my vol down button is pretty sensitive and easier to trigger compared to vol up, is this normal? Tactile feedback also lesser, like the button feels “softer and easier to depress”

end up always accidentally lowering the vol by quite abit, gets quite irritating

Nope. Both my up and down buttons on my 14 Pro Max Sheath are equally tactile

oh.. mine definitely the vol down button is slightly a tiny bit higher than the vol up button

Yes the internal bump is thicker, the inner part of the button inside the case, I suspect that’s causing it,

but to always accidentally trigger the vol down, quite irritating.
