That’s the standard of a SME sgrean startup..

The reputable phone case companies have an identity to the cases they make. Like Caudabe with their unique texture, Andar’s leather, rebel signature style, or PITAKA’s aramid.

But Bare Case is like all types of Taobao OEM then throw at customers

Now they suddenly “make” leather cases with virtually zero expertise in the field..

Is Bare a local company? Not worth my time going to their office since i have sold mine. I don't need them to have a unique identity of their own, just a good enough casing. Since 2 working days have passed, i will wait until next Tues before i drop them my final email.

damn, Bare cases is such a horrible company being just a taobao oem, sometimes wanna support local businesses also difficult and need to think twice!

A lot of bad reviews though

I bought the white color version for about $30 from Amazon SG during a time limited sale about a month ago.

I found the quality to be quite good, especially the soft matte touch. The braided cable and the silicone cable strap is well made too. Charging speeds are as fast or slow as can be expected of a 15w magsafe charger.

One comment on Amazon US about the kickstand not being able to pop back properly to the closed position, isn’t entirely true. While its a fact that when you try to push the kickstand with minimal force back to the closed position and it doesn’t flush with the body, all that’s needed is a bit more force to press in the kickstand and it’ll flush with the body.

that's why i rather order my tgsp from taobao instead of getting them from local stores. later go there they say my pro max screen is uneven. lol

i say i rather support taobao than local. i dun think local will bring in benks tgsp...they wud rather use those less than $2 cheapo tgsp and sell u $30-$50
