For those who have ordered (or looking to order) the Pitaka MagEZ Case Pro 4 and are concerned about the metal buttons not having an inner lining to prevent scratching the actual buttons:

Is there really an issue where it will scratch the buttons? Or this is just a concern for extra safety

Not sure if it will, just some concerns other users have expressed but no one really knows until they have the actual phone in the case for a while.

Since I have the Caudabe Sheath in the meantime, I decided to request that my shipment be delayed too. I also have the StarPeak Mag EZ Case 4 on the same order and they were nice enough to ask if I would like to have that shipped first when it's ready on 27 Sep, if the revised Pro case isn't ready to ship at the same time.

First time having to email not one, but two case companies regarding design revisions (I also emailed Caudabe for the complimentary button version in lieu of the cutout version)

Fingers crossed for me then, I had ordered the wrong version from Lazada and they offered me to top up and swap to the pro case when stock arrives. hopefully no such issues.. if not RIP phone

They can have this material, but they lost at pricing it equivalent to leather cases and as a replacement of leather. That’s why ppl are disappointed when their expectation is that if it’s gonna cost as ex as leather, it better be on par.

It’s normal glass To be honest, I don’t see a difference between sapphire and normal glass, I used both before.
