Not surprised tbh.. this camera control button is not a straightforward job as compared to other button covers but I’m sure they’ll start working on it so they’re ready for iPhone 17 release.

Caudabe is not one of the big players in the smartphone case market and in fact most people don’t know about them. They chose their strategy and they’re sticking with it this time..

get essager one, cheaper than ugreen by half price and good quality just like their charging cables

I bought an AirTag from Apple on Shopee and it’s still in sealed condition (provided photo and video proof) but when I raise return request twice, both times were rejected, saying it’s not eligible for return condition. Damn rubbish. This is my first time returning to Apple on Shopee as well. I gave up requesting again for the 3rd time and contacted Shopee customer service instead and pending their response now.

Dispute resolution is as follows:

• Your return/refund request is cancelled as Item is Non-Returnable under Change of Mind.
• If you would like to appeal the result or to provide more evidence, you may re-raise another Return/Refund request via your Shopee App.

i dont know which is worst with the return process. shopee or lazada. regardless of brand of products. had a hell and nightmare time dealing with lazada with their return process.

That is why I don’t buy expensive stuff from Shopee and Lazada. I bought 1 time from Lazada before. The item was defective upon arrival. The clowns refused to fix and rejected my returns citing item was opened. I am wondering who are they employing. If don’t open then how I know defective. **! The whole process ding dong for months. I think scare liao. For that $200, I think don’t risk your blood pressure and energy to do this

Thanks for sharing your experience. I was in a rush and made the mistake of not buying from the Apple Flagship store. At least that is a 14-day no questions asked return policy. It slipped my mind and I ended up buying from the Shopee managed Apple Store.

Case is around $58 after all the discount. Can be a huge or small amount depending on who. But lesson learnt.

Yes correct. So I had to contact Shopee support to tell me which options can I choose. Yes, the Silicon case has the "Change of Mind" return policy, but the option does not show up for me.

U should have just gotten the apple silicon one first and use for 13 days before returning as interim…free t loan from apple. If u need extension just buy another color or like otterbox one then return again after 13 days

Don’t be a ** for such tricks, would you like it if your silicon case is 2nd hand (but pay original price) and I can confirm that 13 days is a long time for hand oil to soak in and causes imperfections on the case.

Sounds like my experience with Shopee with Apple watch

Came defective they refused to allow a return or exchange, escalate non stop also no use, I had to show Apple agent my chats with them, end up Apple stepped in to do the exchange for me,

vomit blood, if not for the vouchers seriously which could be attractive at times, it’s just painful.
