Wow I must be very lucky, I sent in on 12 Jan, just got the call from sapura this morning! Collecting it later!

Maybe it has to do with the service center? Mine was sent via micro2000 on 17/11/2011. Called them up and they said Apple having manufacturing issue, no timeline on when I can collect. Just wait for their call.

Sent my in to QCD at Tagore Drive on 23 Dec '11, received the call from them to pick up the the replacement today. So that was only around 5 weeks. Not too bad. Playing with the 6th gen nano as I speak

I just make a call to Sapura@Funan, replacement shipment arrived only today, pending shipment checking. Inform me that I should be able to collect next week. Wait for their call.

Note that I'm sending mine on 16th November.. Hope this help & keep our fingers cross..
