Anybody managed to get back from Micro2000 yet? Called them last week and they finally said the stock is in and that it will be ready for collection in the same week. As usual, they said wait for their call. Now is the 13th week already...sianz...

I sent mine to Sapura@funan on 13 Jan, received email on 14 Feb to collect it. It took slightly more than a month. Going down tomorrow to collect it.

Sent mine in on 26th January, and was told that my iPod nano wasn't covered under the exchange program as it was not within the specified dates of the recall batches, but the CSO nevertheless helped me to process the replacement order.

Just gotten an email which told me that I can go down tomorrow to collect. Nearly 3 weeks.

I took it down to Sapura @ Funan by the way.

update, got mine from micro2000 finally after nearly 3 months. they wanted me to collect next week, i told them im leaving overseas, they said ok collect tmr.

(miss the 1st gen, no idea how do people even hold the ipod nano)

I think Sapura is the fastest in term of sending in and getting the replacement. I got mine within 1 month and my brother within 1 week.

Got mine from sapura today. Heard from them tat if u sent in recently u will get the replacement a few days or 1week. No longer have the 6weeks rule..

paid so much for my 1st gen 4gb nano and den now i get back a cheaper one? can I dun wan the upgrade and get back my 1st Gen?

We have tried to contact you but could not reach you. Please be informed that the replacement iPod Nano is ready to collect from 13 Feb 2012 (Mon) onwards at Wheelock outlet. We would also like to informed that Apple has upgraded the replacement set to iPod Nano 6th generation (8GB).

Prior to the above mentioned, the operating hours for Wheelock will be from 11AM – 9PM (Sun-Thur) and 11AM-10PM (Fri – Sat), You may like to bring along the service order sheet and present upon collection.
