May I know what hotline did you guys called in to eServ to ask ?

I tried the number from their webbie but seems like either engaged or nobody pick up. :(

I just called the Apple SG toll line and based on the serial number, they confirmed that my 1st Gen iPod nano is eligible. They gave me a Case ID to note down. Thereafter, I went to Sapura@Funan and was given a Receipt. According to the service personnel, the new iPod 6th Gen will only be available for collection in 6 weeks, and only colour is silver.

Or you can call the apple toll free line to get immediate reply and serial checking while you hold the line (about 5mins)
