Instant replacement. No need to make prior appointment.

Come, take queue number, wait about 10 minutes, surrender my full-of-battle-scar ipod nano gen 1, fill up some form, and then i walk away with Ipod nano Generation 6

is it EpiCentre? or apple service center?

2. walk in with your ipod nano.
3. wait for them to contact you
4. Go collect.

just got mine replaced. was told it would take 3-4 working days but got the call to collect after 2 days. all in all quite happy with the exchange process but i gotta admit i still prefer the 1st gen design compared to the current gen.

yup it's still ongoing..just head down to any eserve centre to get get your 1st gen nano replaced.
