I had received my letter of completion of my last ICT and will be officially MR with effect from 1st April 19.

My IPPT window had just started in August ²¹. Am I still required to complete the IPPT window?

By right you still need. But mindef has an lee-way for this.

Conclusion, is up to you whether u want to take IPPT to get the incentives.
