1) Meaning you can go on any day provided there is a rest day in between. IE, you can go on mon, wed or sat, if you not free on mon and wed on the 2nd week, you can go on tues or thurs. No fixed schedule now. You can do 3 sessions a week max. Just complete the 7 training sessions plus 1 IPPT within 5 weeks.
2) They will not gauge by group/session. All will exercise together. At the end, they just see your cat test and your last session IPPT result to compare.
3) After your 1st session, you can book your IPPT which is your 8th IPT session. The IPPT must be after your 7th session. If you think you can finish your 7 sessions in 3 weeks, you can book your IPPT for the 3rd week. IE, if you intending to do 3 sessions a week, so by the 3rd week you should be able to complete your 7th session and IPPT. My advice is plan your schedule and book your IPPT early. Maybe latest by your 3rd or 4th IPT session. If not, there is a possibility that the slots may run out as there are also non-ict IPPT people booking.
4) IPT-IPPT timing is also normal non-ict IPPT timing. So is 4.30 to 5.30pm lor. No choice, either take half-day off or request to go off early.
5) Try to book early if possible.
6) Yes. They are. Last time, with schedule, you are suppose to follow it and you will know when your last session would be. But now, with flexi-ipt, only you yourself know when you will complete your 7th session, so you need to book the IPPT yourself.
