for ipt, do you choose the performance target or bmi target?

No. Ppt is determined by your past year ippt and ipt ippt result, taking the best result. If u think u are overweight/obese, please request to take your weight and height during 1st session to determine BMI.

Hi guys. I was excused from ippt and physical training for 3 months during april to july due to my knee injury. My ippt window closes in may, I did not attend any ippt session as I'm on status. I was then supposed to go for RT (Since I did not do my IPPT) but I've another 3 months status which will now end late sept. So tentatively I'm both a IPPT and RT defaulter, but in actual fact I'm on status for a total of 6 months. So will I be charged or my ippt will be exempted or? Anyone with the same problem?

Hey Bro.. I am in a similar situation.. I failed my IPPT last window and have a one time chance to convert to IPT (transition period).. I have yet to do the conversion so I am still in the RT phase (my window close apr)..

But, I fractured my leg and I am still on MC for 3 months till sept.. So, I am like stuck halfway.. Will I be excused for the RT since I can never finish it within the stipulated time with my MC?

As for the window this sem, I believe my MC will get extended so this window IPPT i can skip..

Lastly, any bros have fractured legs before? Will be given a temp downgrade at the medical board?

Heard someone said min is $100 and also depends on rank, higher ranked heavier fine.

And according to them, the first 3 default, you will be charged at CMPB.
4 default onward, u will be charged in your unit, in front of your CO with probably DB sentences.

did anybody get charge in their own unit? n wat happen?

Like they said, possible chance of DB lor. If CO don't help u, then go inside sit lor. So please don't test system.

Dear experts. Is there any possibility to ask any camp or Saf hotline to extend the RT window to close like 1 month later? I die die not possible to slot in 2 more sessions to complete the 20 RT... :'(

U can ask for a month extension if u have only use 2 months. Or u can check with the fcc if they can manually slot in.

bros, just to double check. Now the RT system, can mix and match different FCC like maju/khatib/kranji for the 20 RT sessions is it? i.e not necessary to finish all 20 sessions at the same FCC?

You will either need a medical excuse for 9 months or talk to your unit.

you can be excused from ippt if you are overseas for more than a certain period of time.

exact duration and the procedure to apply for exemption from ippt i don't know, so please call ns hotline.

i am starting RT soon...but what if i know i cfm cannot finish 20 sessions in 3mths due to some reasons?
