I believe as long as u put it in your bag and don't take it out in camp, it's ok. Or u can just put in it those small safe box in the guardroom.

You can always enter the camp at 4pm and wait for inpro at 4.30pm. It's going to be a long queue.

Yea, plan to reach around 3.30 to hopefully secure a locker.

Pass IPPT standard = counted. different from the IPT-IPPT standard where requirement is slightly lower

2) Sit up elbow need touch the ground to be counted by machine?
3) Heard shuttle run can cheat a bit by standing as far from the starting point as possible to gain acceleration?

2) As long as PTI can't see or didn't say anything...anyhow also can

I remember last time I do with partner one asshole PTI keep saying no count when I do the sit up because my elbow never reach the ground

1) best by 5pm
2) counted by shoulder blade, not elbow
3) not considered as cheating. in fact i believe it is recommended that you start some distance away from the starting line.

Non-ict IPPT, PTI normally open both eyes. RT and IPT-IPPT, close 1 eye.
