Now abt 3 months to my window closure and i receive a SMS reminder to book for my IPPT for this window..

Isit a normal reminder cause i fail? Or my IPT not counted ar?

yes...it's normal...cause you never pass your ippt, they are just doing their job to sms you...just ignore...

You sure this rule holds? I'm not up to date now, but when it all started, make up or not, as long as more than 25% never go on the scheduled time then considered incomplete. Not sure if this rule has changed, if change already, who goes during their scheduled time when they can go anytime they want, then what is the point of having fixed schedule to regulate the people flow? dun anyhow say say to mislead people...

i just completed my rt last august which is a few months ago at maju

and i tried before going 6 days RT before (Mon, tues, weds, thurs, sat, sun) then can rest 1 week during phase 2

Nobody told me so, I saw it for myself, me last time from NS unit, do all IPPT / RT all these one. That's why I said "if the rules allow them to book for you", if need to give you deferment, they got no power. You get to see like a 2 month window, I get to see the whole year, with powers to defer...

So from what I see, your phase 1 is Tuesday / Sunday, so you only miss 2 sessions, which is within the limit.

Phase 2 you clearly missed more than 3 sessions, you didnt post or say if you cleared RT or not, which I think you did not, phase 2 is 3x per week for 4 weeks, which makes it 12 sessions. Assuming you are Tuesday / Thursday / Sunday slot, it looks like you passed your IPPT on the 12th session, so the 5 absent on top is actually nothing as you already passed your IPPT, there are no 12 sessions for phase 2 either.

According to NS portal FAQ:

required to do make-up training for each session missed, subject to a maximum of 2 make-up training in Phase 1 and 3 in Phase 2. Beyond this, any other missed Remedial Training session will result in the NSman being automatically discharged from the RT schedule

You didnt break the above rule, just went for more sessions in advanced of probably missed sessions.

The thing is, when there were slots available I didn't click "Submit" because I intend to book and attend RT together with my friend. Yes...or you can call the NS.com hotline to book for you if you have problems booking...
