Does anyone know what are the block out dates for Bedok camp or Maju camp in Oct and Nov for IPT?

When I went Maju for IPT earlier this week, I remembered seeing notices saying 12, 17, 28 Oct no IPT, no MUT required but when I went last nite, no more notices leh...

emart should be open on tuesday (not always but most of the time) yes you need to bring non camera phone, the RP there quite anal one. if have just surrender at the guardroom.

I drive there. They never ask for my camera phone before.. But Bedok Camp, PTI- super ONz..

i completed my 1st phrase rt, and deferred my 2nd phrase of rt due to an oversea trip. but somewhere during the trip, i visited a doctor due to my on going knee problem and was excuse for ippt/rt till end yr.

I called unit to inform and they ask me to fax over the excuse letter which i did, yet i was called up to answer charge. What should i do? First time kanna this problem. A very waste of time...my work piling up still got to waste a day. Shd i call unit and ask or straight away go and answer the charge at nssc? zzz i didn't even record the name of the person who answered my call and can't even remember when i called to inform them.

its my first time getting an excuse after ord. i know during nsf time need mo to endorse, thats y i called twice to double confirm yet tio this kind of thing.

When you are doing RT, you are also under the fcc. So for the mc to be valid, you need to endorse your mc with the fcc mo too. Then the staff there will update their system to take you out of RT. I did that when I was injured too even though my unit never told me to do so.

i think the problem is coz i called unit(which they tell me juz to fax over and nothing else) first instead of fcc, thus i think the comm broke down somewhere or i have totally no idea who the hell am i suppose to inform.

Next time i'll prob call everyone up. zzzz. guess i juz have to go answer the charge. waste of time. grrr

Eh, anyone just finished IPT on Wed at Kathib? I just log on to ns.sg to check on my status, and i realised that it states my IPT is still ongoing!

WTF? By right should have completed no? I clocked 6 sessions + 2 off days.

mine also lkdat.. but ur status should have changed from not taken to not passed? not passed den okie le i guess..

cos the ipt is until 14oct den end mah.. by rite u can go for 2 more sessions if u wanna keep fit..

Did u take your IPPT during your last session of IPT? As long as u took, u are safe.

U were surpose to take your IPPT during your 8th lesson but because u were absent, u need to take your IPPT in your next session in order for it to be counted for your next work year. If you did not take your IPPT in your MUT or 9th session in your case, it will not be counted as fufilling your obligations for the next work year.

But kindly call Kathib FCC to double check and update us here.

Please wait till the whole schedule is finished...yours end on the 14/10/09...after that, then they will update your status...

Nope...they just want to compare your cat test result and your final result.

I tot IPPT is on the 8th? wat's the 14th & last session? you can MUT in advance but max. only 3 RTs per week inclusive of MUT.

For Maju, this Sat is the last day to take IPPT for the Tues & Thurs IPT

i surely will fail the IPPT on the 8th session of phase 1..
therefore i will continue for phase 2 which i understand has got 2 IPPT (1 in the mid of the phase and another at the end of phase 2)..
my phase 1 will not start until the Jan2010.. i just wanna settle this fast so that i can give my boss an ans real fast..

so do you mean that if its perfectly okie to miss the IPPT during the middle of the phase 2 and just MUT for it?

Anyone knows how much they usually fine 1st time rt defaulters? Had a calculation mistake and missed out the last rt accidentally.

1st time don't think they will fine, most likely only reprimand. They will book RT for you, then you start the whole phase again.
