I left office early to attend IPPT TEST , then now HR say cannot claim before I reach there 6.01pm, which is after my working hours.

then I kenna dock half day pay for serving the nation.

WTF?

IPPT TEST LEH, WTF, I DUN GO I KENNA CHARGE, I GO KENNA DOCK HALF DAY PAY?

bro, only RT is an order to your employer to release you earlier to attend RT sessions. All IPPT and IPT are of voluntary basis.

nope, u are not supposed to claim anything for IPPT
because saf does not reimburse employer, unlike ICT.

there are also weekend ippt sessions

too bad lor, you just have to sort it out somehow. either dock pay, or ask ur boss let you off early, or take leave, or negotiate leave early one day, leave later another day etc.
