IPX passcode turns to string input

Hi all, my ip x out of a sudden glitch and turns the passcode from numbers to alphabet input (string). This problem exist despite restarting the phone using both hard and soft restart.

Any help??

Have you tried typing in the passcode with numbers in the alphabet string? And does it work?

if u haven't update to iOS 11.3 u should. it's what iOS 11.0 should have been stability wise.

Yea will update it once i full restore my phone...now trying to go into recovery mode and full restore it sianz
