Iras SOP damn messy

Changed % of parent relief between siblings in Nov 2017, thinking it will apply for year of assessment 2018....but they act smart .... Effected this % change to year of assessment 2017 and want me to cough up more taxes...

This is damn confusing . Who will know their SOP to back date ...thought all taxes for assessment year 2017 all paid and settled , so we just did the % change after that in Nov 2017 to apply it for upcoming taxes...fish man...who wants to pay more tax!!!!

Hmm didn't know can just change the details anytime? Thought only can change when window to declare taxes is open.
