Hi Everyone, I just came to office to check the correspondence from the AGC and the courts asking me to file submissions given the fact that Nagenthiren's case is fixed in the 3rd week of January before Court of Appeal.
My 2 major investment law clients have discharged me.
Now, given the looming datelines and the upcoming hearings- where almost 90 percent of my work is probono -I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM LAW SOCIETY. WHAT I WILL DO IS TO SUE AG, LAW SOC AND THE CHIEF JUSTICE FOR TORT OF MISFEASANCE IN PUBLIC OFFICE AS IT IS EVIDENTLY MALICIOUS FOR ALL OF THEM TO GIVE ME DEADLINES. I WILL ALSO ASK FOR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS AND BREACH OI WILL BE TRAVELLING TO MALAYSIA NEXT WEEK TO BRIEF THE MSIAN LAWYERS AND ITS GOVERNMENT AND UN AS THE DIRECTION BYLAWSOC unconstitutional and I will not obey unlawful order and I will urgently file an application to be filed in court of APPEAL AND ASK FOR APPROPRIATE DIRECTIONS UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES.
I will aslo be asking the International Bar Association to kick LAw Society out of its membership for professional misconconduct.

Looks like he gonna go bust soon. Once start losing clients money will dry up...

Lawsoc also smart, instead of disbarring him straightaway, they play long game...death by a thousand cuts...

End up will be like 2017..will go begging to some poor woman for money..

I think all will go if his suspension is increased....very likely..he has said and done some very clear breaches...
He won't be able to pay rental, installments...all the business will die 1 by 1.
