Yep..just email support to create a claim. They will ask you to follow some diagnostics steps, then you tell feedback and they will ship out one new module to your warehouse. I presume yours is not local buy right?

My 575 woot is working like a charm...

However, there appears to be a slight issue that could potentially develop into a bigger one...

I just noticed that there was a burnt mark on one of the charging lead on the bottom of the roomba (won't rub off)...

So far the docking with the base station is still okay but would it cause the battery and roomba to "short" out?

Anyone else experiencing this issue as well?

Could it be spark when roomba enter its dock?

You could try a multi-voltage switching power supply; they usually have a setting for 22v and have models that are more than 2A. They also come with lots of different plugs, of which one will usually fit. Make sure you set the +ve/-ve position of the plug correctly.

I got mine from SLS for around 50 bucks. Tried it once on my Roomba Sage, and it worked fine.

How did you fry your charger anyway? Failed mod?

Woot currently has a offer for refurb Roomba 530 for US$129. Probably last for a couple of hours. Anyone interested?
