I will be doing another order (4 sets Aerovac Bin) this monday coz there are still a few indicate interests. Price will be similar to this SGD73. Also will be ordering replacement filters. we can share the filters coz 1 pack has 3 filters.

PM me if interested. This will be my last order. No more after this.

Just got the item form congyuan last sun, my wife immediately put it to test after reaching home....then went out.

Came back home, my wife found 1 of my socks (soft type) in the Aerovac Bin!!!

Great stuff!! More power!! :s12:

Autually the vacuum motor is the same. It just a redesign where the airflow is largely improves.

The 5 years warranty is provided by merchants' extended warranty. Battery is only 6 months by John Ackerman and if I'm not wrong, they only cover 1 month if you buy replacement battery.

You might want to consider getting another battery for scooba 330 or go for a higher end model.

Hi Juboo, so in your opinion, which model will be adequate for a 4 room? or will I better off with a extra battery?

If you don't mind the trouble to charge 2 batteries as it might takes up to 6 hrs and if scooba is running you cannot charge the other battery unless you have an external charger.

You can contact me at 81254240 if you want a 330 with an original high capacity 4100 mAh battery use in scooba 380.

I can help you to modify the charger to use directly from our power source. Many of them here had used my service. Please do not hesitate to contact me at 81254240 should you be interested.

If you are just connecting a single Roomba to it, 100W is definitely enough...

Samsung recently launched a robotic vacuum cleaner. Only SGD700+. But I think this one only sweeps, does not mop.

The price is very competitive but the reviews on Straits Time shows that it sucks big time.

Is it possible to use the Roomba w/o the bristles brush? The reason is that it often gets tangled with long hair/fur, so i was thinking the 1st brush of cyclic rubber is enough? Thoughts? Thanks

The counter rotating brushes is very much like a broom & dust pan, the CHM (Cleaning Head Module) is angled in such a way to deflect dirt/dust & air flow into the bin. The very high RPM creates an upward suction which lifts dirt up.

Have u ever seen hovering leaves in between tightly-spaced HDB blocks, it's when wind from all directions meet in the centre, they are forced upwards.
So by omitting either brush, there is no upward air flow, hence rubbish will only be kicked around horizontally.

If the bristle brush tends to jam with tangled hair at the ends, maintain regularly by inspecting both ends, especially the removable yellow bearing.
Sometimes the yellow end caps will be squeezed outwards by excessive tangled hair, thus rub against the CHM, creating friction & even heat warpage.

Another thing abt omitting bristle brush is that ur CHM would be dragging across the floor, if it's parquet, u can expect scratches.
When bristle brush is mounted on CHM, and spinning at high RPM, the CHM is actually levitating just above floor level.

Thanks for the enlightening reply. They shd make 2 rubber brushes or at least an option to buy a rubber brush to replace the bristles. As I dont have any carpets that would be a more effective cleaning solution for most w/o carpets which the bristles are designed to clean. Btw I noticed 2 yellow tabs on the CHM. Do I pull on them to push the CHM down or leave it "floating"? Thanks again

I find that with the Aerovac, it greatly reduce tangled hair at both ends...
