what kind of detergent you guys use for the scooba?
must buy proprietary detergent from distributor?

Hi Vachel Chan/Autovacstore.com, just to feedback on your courier service.
they tried to leave the replacement parts outside my door when no one is around. luckily my neighbor saw it and keep it for me.
y can't the courier call before hand to arrange a time before delivering it ? this is a common corridor anyone can walk past. what happen if it is lost?

another thing is the adapter replaced was not the original adapter that I am using. it is US plug and written as 120V input. the one which I was using and is faulty now is Singapore 2 pin plug.

Have send an sms to the number on your website around 30mins ago 14:40pm and still waiting for someone to get back to me.

edit: received a call back saying that they will courier a plug converter for this adapter to me. hopefully it wont trip or burn the adapter as it shown 120V :s22:

edit2: just to update that the plug converter has been received last night and tested to be working with the 120V adaptor.

Sorry, the courier team sent a wrong item in the Afternoon. i believe we have actually rectified it a few hours later in the evening and am sure you were barely without the robot for 24hrs. As we responded the very next day upon your call.

We use our own courier team if possible and we send right to your doorstep to minimize delay by postage and risk of lost packages, I would inform the courier team to call in future.

Anyway, just glad the robot is working well for you. Rest assured, we always do our utmost to assist if any fault occur during or after the warranty period. Thanks for choosing Autovacstore.com and hope you are happy with the service thus far. :)

yes everything is working fine now. I do agree that the replacement parts come very fast.
as for the bold part, i do not see how leaving at the corridor will minimize the risk of lost package.
but at least mine didnt lost or get damaged as it was collected by my neighbor when she saw it.

Actually in other countries like US, the courier leaves the all the items at the doorstep when no one is around to receives the items unless the sender specified a signature is required. They can leave items like ipad, iRobot etc just like that at the door where the whole street can get access and still is safe. Singapore................:s22:

yes. i know its normal to do this in US.
anyway just leaving my feedback. its up to them to decide if there are anything wrong on this :)
and case closed now as replaced parts is working.
still must thanks them for providing fast parts replacement respond time. :o

Talking about US.. zis is singapore where the "other" migrants from god knows where are all over the place..

charging error 2 and 3 means what's wrong? how to solve?
It's highly unlikely u can resolve this issue by urself. U can try to reset by holding SPOT+DOCK for 10 sec, got a 5% chance u can recover it, but likely to get Err 2/3 again very soon (like during the next charge).
