I'm using Newstar 100W one for a 535 charging 24x7. So far so good. Warm to touch only and roomba runs > 120 mins per run, hoping the run time doesn't reduce.

thanks sneezybum for your step by step guide. too bad, i missed out the 25% plus free shipping this time. will try when there's another offer e nx time rd. It's definitely v helpful.

I try getting the buy.com offer using CGW concierge svc, but I nearly vomit blood, they took almost one wk to place my order. I use their svc on 26th Oct to place order, they only placed my order yest. They even said will take 1-2 biz day to get it done, but 26 Oct to yest is 4 working days lor.

Worst still, I was using live chat to chk with them how come my order hasn't been placed and every time, i was told my order is still in the queue. OMG, I %$#%#$ their agent for telling me something I can login and check wo providing any solution. Worst still, after telling them my problems, they said they understand but the concierge have left for the day, can I drop them an email tmr to tell them???? wtf man, really jia lat, no communication internally at all. In e end, i told them i m not gonna repeat my story over and over again, ask them to relay msg.

I just hope their delivery svc measure up .... *fingers crossed* btw, anyone used their concierge svcs has similar experience?

Hi guys...I read with interests all the discussion on the irobots...may I know a typical shipment eg Scooba 5800 through CGW would costs how much?

Considering either getting 2 x 5800 or 1 x 350...any thoughts anyone on this? Thanks in advance!

(USD) 8.50 + [5.50 x 2] + [3.00 x 6] = (USD) 37.50

if anyone of you have charging issues with your roomba, I might be able to repair it for you.

Symptoms:
Roomba could not be charge (even though it is blinking red, and turning green after less than an hour).

Announcement :
Hey, everyone! I have just ordered my first Roomba and it's a 560! Yayyy...

Got it at a local Home exhibition for RM2188 (N.P is RM2388). Had wanted to use Msia VPOST however, that applies only to HSBC cardholders and my application was taking ages to process.

Can't stand waiting for improved next generation or cheaper price elsewhere! I get the standard one-year warranty though.

Now to count the days till i take delivery of it. They promised either Wed or Fri. Aarrgghh...

$788(inc GST) 1 year warranty. Battery 6 mths.
 for roomba 530?

i do a rough calculation, if order from irobot usa store, it would only cost less than SGD$500. :s22:

I just ordered 1 Roomba 560 and Scooba 5800 from LNT. Total charges is SGD 780 including GST and shipment to Singapore. Both items are at CGW's warehouse and are expected to reach me next week.

JA really kill people put fire. I pity those people who buy from them

No worries, sneezybum, u don't try u nv know but i think some experience to share with ppl here lor ... cgw concierge imho is nt up to mark. My main peeve is that despite promising 1-2 biz day turn ard, they took abt 4 days, despite chasing them a few times cos' i dunno when the buy.com offer gonna end! I think their international shipping shd be ok ba ... Another prob, i selected std or free shipping when available option but was still charge shipping when they placed e order for me. Had to 'livechat' them for a while, then they acknowledge is their mistake, will refund me the shipping. at least that is nt too bad on their side.

btw, i missed out on the 25%+free shipping on LNT, got any gd lobang do let us know oki, mosmos ... :)

JA selling 530 at $788 and 560 at $988. That's the only 2 new roomba they selling so far. I have ask the other time and I guess they have start selling le.

Btw, it seems like quite a few ppl here gotten their latest gen roomba, anyone keen to add the wireless cmd center at 59.99usd? Any discount code can use?
