any idea what's the best way to reduce the bang damage level by the bumper? my skirting edges are quite badly damaged...

I put rubber pad around the bumper. It avoid the scratch but my scooba cant turn properly or smoothly, it is jerky turn. I will tear the rubber pad off.

Anyway, the way scooba moves, minor scratch is ok. After all, the plastic quite tough.

Hence, let it be and enjoy a smooooooth turn, always.

U want strong and good? U'll have to pay the price... go Autobacs and buy those bumper protection strip for cars. Use them on your Scooba/Roomba... believe should be very lasting.

no no no....I dun need protection of my Roomba, but the skirting roomba is banging......

oh... didnt u stick any foam strip to the bumper like those weather strips? They should be good enough to prevent damage to anything that comes into contact with the bumper.

Try searching for it but cannot seems to find the answer. Anyone knows how to manually trigger the deep charge cycle (ie qucik flashing of power indicator for 16 hrs) for Roomba 560? My near 1 yr old Roomba battery dying due to a week of no usage. Trying to see if can revive the batt.

IMO, its not going to help much even after the 16-hr recharge. Thats about the typical lifespan of a Roomba battery... its time for a new one.

Before you ship, check with cgw first whether they will ship. They might not ship 'bare' battery. Dont kena in a dilemna...
