Wait beri pain sia

I understand your pain very well. :o

Anyway, I just noticed my roboking doesn't clean under my sofa, is it cause of the sensors? It can fit underneath the sofa without any problem, but I think the sensors sense that the height clearance is not enough.

U should be able to buy them from the seller. I think there's no urgent need to get them for now. The bot comes with an extra HEPA filter. As for the side brushes, why not give it a little time to see how hardy they are before buying? Perhaps we can all make a bulk purchase together in the future?

Anyone knows where to get extra roboking brush/hepa filters and misc? :D

Thanks.

Very likely, Roboking is scared of being stuck under your sofa!!! :s13: The clearance between your bot and the sofa must be quite small. If u really must have Roboking clean under your sofa, consider raising the height of your sofa with some additional support.

Mine is the same, even they just mention on 90mm height only,
Looking everywhere is under 110-150mm height can go in, but is it not :(
The other is the carpet can't work :(
Very sad also.

Its a little expensive but the iClebo Smart comes with 1-year on site warranty, something for additional peace of mind, especially for those with no experience in troubleshooting or tinkering with their bots.

Lol also

Your home carpeted? It can only handle carpets/rugs not exceeding 1cm in height. It is a limitation that was made known.

LOL! My roboking got stuck at my toilet door carpet (very thin material) too. The wheels sorta 'suck ' in the carpet.

Mine is it type of carpet and put on toilet door.
