Wow!! That sure is jam-packed with dust. The LG Roboking comes with an excellent HEPA filtration system and would pick up the the finest of Dust. Great that the "one-way" bin design allows you to remove the Bin without spillage of the Dust. The dust would properly spill out in the Roomba type bin.
But with the amount of Dust collected, May want to consider the Latest LG Roboking Square models, Roboking 6260 LVM (black, $858), comes with a much larger bin design and can hold much more dust. :)

hmm...roomba 550 and 650 same price on autovacs......

Actually is the vacuum suction power of all the models same or different?

Also the vacuum strength can nv be equivalent to a normal traditional vacuum cleaner right?

Vacuum suction power is the same for both models, only diff is specs and accessories included in the package.

The vacuum strength is not equivalent to a traditional vacuum cleaner, as in not as powerful but it is good enough to serve it's purpose, which is to pick up the dust and dirt into the bin.

Look at roomba as a sweeper more than a vacuum. It sweeps dirt/dust and use the vacuum suction to bring it into the bin. Ask for a demo fr any seller here to be convince that it is really working before committing to the purchase. Personally, I have been using it for more than 5 yrs now and been really happy with it. ;)

550 has more accessories than 650. However 650 comes with the new CHM design like the 700 series.

You'll guaranteed be amazed by the amount of dust and debris this little thing can dig out compared to dragging a conventional vacuum and it can even be scheduled to run daily. It can still managed to dig out a big lump of dust everyday and who has the energy and time to drag the vacuum out everyday?

Hi, The latest Range of LG roboking square models are available and ready in stock with detailed 40+ pages English manual and 1 year warranty.
Lg Roboking 6260 LVM (black, $858), 6261 LVM (Maroon/BLack $858) and 6270 (Red with auto turbo function, $938)
The Roomba would clean for 1hr - 1hr 15min and start going around randomly to search for its dock. Once it finds the "docking signal" from the home base it would return home. Depending on where the home base is placed and where it was at the 1hr mark, it may take up to 30min to find it, or run out of battery while looking for it, can simply carry it back to charge too. :)

Though I must say you've gained more knowledge by reading online but there are still so many false info you've given. Roomba does not trigger a return to base signal base on time although most of the time it decides to dock ard 1h+. There is no such thing like "depending on where it was at the 1hr mark".

So far my roomba had a very high return to base rate and the only time they miss out is when the battery run time is too low. Of course the neato and LG had a better chance as they have a mapping system.

There are some user whom hit a run time of 2hrs 45mins and was worried and ask me why it run so long. I'm not sure but unless your stock is those old version or low capacity batteries.

Your 6270 pricing sure drops pretty fast as soon as we sell :) I remember you mentioned the neato RPS sensor can be cleaned instead of choosing the easier way of replacing ;) Now you know it's not as easy as reading comments online huh? I've been replacing the sensor at half the price you've quoted for all your customers.

The Lg roboking sure is a great product!! Would try to offer the best prices possible. Glad more sellers are bringing it in too. Would be launching new innovative products as and when possible.
We repair, not clean the RPS Lidar of any faulty sets we sold and we do not charge anything for repairs during the warranty period, as we cover comprehensively for all parts, transport and labour. Most repairs are done on-site too. :) Good luck and wish you good sales for the new models, if you need anything (like manual, or repair guide) can PM me.

Oops ... learning session spotted ...:D

No one as excited about Mint as I am? :s22:

Mint is not new so maybe that's why it does not stir any interest. iRobot only carries the 4200 as of yesterday and you know that it sucks big time in mop function compared to the 5200.

............ if you need anything (like manual, or repair guide) can PM me.

Yes please I need those.......:s13:

My roomba runs for about a hour but does not return to dock to charge but just stopped whenever it runs out of battery. I try a manual return to base by pressing the dock button and it seems to work perfectly..anybody can advise me what's wrong? Battery problem?

Hi, You may want to try shifting the position of the Docking Station to an area where the Roomba can readily detect it when it exits from the rooms. Can try doing a reset of the Roomba too by holding the "Dock" and "spot" button simultaneously for about 10-15sec (for 500 and 600 series type), or hold the clean button for 10sec (for the 700 series models). Leave to charge for 16 hrs and run again to try. Should Help. :)
If all fails, maybe it may require a battery replacement, unlikely that it could be a problem with the front IR Bumper Sensor.

actually it's only wet tank diff for 4200 vs 5200? I stopped looking at Mint since I got mine ... It's quite a 'white' elephant cos' Roomba has more than sufficient to take care of my small place. ;)

Which model

Hi,

I am new with robot vacuums. Am thinking of getting one for my in-laws for Christmas. The vacuum must be easy to use and clean. Too many functions will just confuse them. They stay in a flat on their own, no pets. Would appreciate views on which vacuum I should get.

Many thanks.
