Hi,

I am new with robot vacuums. Am thinking of getting one for my in-laws for Christmas. The vacuum must be easy to use and clean. Too many functions will just confuse them. They stay in a flat on their own, no pets. Would appreciate views on which vacuum I should get.

Many thanks.
I've been selling iRobot products full-time on eBay since Aug 2008.

Roomba is a time-proven and probably by far the most common robovac in the Singapore market. LG Roboking is the new kid on the block that is getting some gd reviews.

If you want a simple to use, proven and ready support robovac, it should be Roomba! ;)

You can consider the LG Roboking it's one of the most intelligent in the market... Plus you can get the seller to set everything for your inlaws... Just push one button and away it goes... Ease of cleaning and usage... Love mine... I've not touched my broom since the day I got mine...

Have not used a Roboking before and would love to try. Only consideration is aftersales support and parts. ;)

Roomba is easy to use and have a proven track record. Roboking is good if your in-law do not mind the language in korean.

We have a wide range of robovac in stock and even the english version of LG Roboking.

Dear Sellers,

based on your experience and feedbacks from customer, which robot cleaner perform the best?

iClebo, Roboking or iRobot?

Could it be that Roboking and iClebo hasnt been in the market long enough to know the durability of the unit?

Hi Vachel,

Are the LG Roboking 6260 (black, $858), 6261 (maroon, $858) and 6262 (Red, $858) the same; only difference is in the colour?

I think you mentioned earlier in the thread that they come with 1 year warranty right?

Am close to making a decision for this model.

Thanks.

Frankly, I am skeptical about this statement -'Repairs done within minutes at your convenience and you would barely be without your robots'.

Can you share how you can do repair within mins and any proven testimonial on this cos' the product is so new? I understand spare parts are not easy to come by too? Do you replace at no cost or repair?

Paging Uno, Juboo and Vachel ...
I don't practice Black Friday sale, or any other kinda sales.
If a seller wants to clear stock fast, they can find all kinds of excuses to have sales, eg. New Year sale, Valentine's Day sale, March Holiday sale, Good Friday sale, Labour Day sale, Vesak Day sale, School Holiday sale, Hari Raya sale, National Day sale, Moon Cake Festival sale, Deepavali sale, Christmas sale and lastly, the lame Monday Blues sale & TGIF sale.

Just look at Gmarket, they SPAM me 3-4 times daily to tell me they got sale.

Hi, Repairs and Replacement of parts during warranty is at no cost. We have all original parts for sensors, boards and any hardware for the new model as well. Yes, we do repairs on the Spot, it saves us time on trips too. You can find a recent post by a forum user here.
http://deluxeforums.hardwarezone.com.sg/70635464-post9557.html

Anyway, most sellers here are pretty efficient and offer on-site services too. Coincidentally the same buyer had a Scooba from another seller that had a faulty battery and the Seller duly replaced her original Scooba battery with a compatible one. She was really pleased with the prompt response. :)
The LG Roboking models are able to do self-diagnostics too. If ever your Robotic Cleaner breaks down, can contact us and we would do it on-the-spot.

Anyway for the Black Friday weekend would gladly offer $50 off all Robotic Cleaners. Use Promo code "black" during Checkout to Enjoy!! Hope the Sitex promotions are good. Several brands there, like iRobot, Iclebo, Agait, etc. Gotta go take a look.
