It’s beautiful yes! Remember when we used to game in 1080p and drool at 1440p because it’s quite unaffordable?

Now we’re drooling at 4k while 1440p is affordable.

Maybe the next gen GPUs we can finally game at 4k while 8k is unaffordable

I am gaming in 4K leh. Really can see the difference from 1080p. Maybe not much diff from 1440p but never try before.

But I only play WoW so the graphic req not so high.

Using prism P270 and 1070 gpu.

Xbox and PS4 support 4K now.

Less than the price of a PC, or maybe even a RTX2080TI, you can game on a 43in 4K.

It says here 4K gaming.

And the only way to get 4K and HDR is gaming via TV until recently there are more monitors with both 4K and HDR support. Even then, the HDR implementation is fake and not certified such as only having 200 nit brightness and even just an 8 bit panel.

Thus, the only way to get true 4K gaming is on TV where there are even consoles with 4K support.

I play PC games such as Assassin's Creed, Far Cry in 4K HDR and/or downsampled to 1600p to maintain details due to 1080 Ti limit but playing on OLED TV is a whole new other experience. Crisp and clear games all around.

Just waiting on a proper 4K monitor for PC before changing back to PC. But for now, OLED TV is the way to go.

The title says gaming btw. Not 4K PC.
Also, thanks to HDMI 2.1, finally, 4K 120Hz gaming on TV.

used to game at laptop..now cant accept it at all.. probably play those mini games still ok coz portable..

urgh...mai poison..still at 16:9 27"...but sometime do think to switch to 21:9

Yes. I switched from 27" 16:9 to 34" 21:9 3 yrs ago and find it more immersive. 4k is not necessary unless we've affordable 21:9 4k with GPUs to push it.

Prefer 4K on OLED except for FPS.
