Is 520W enough for this setup?

Planning to upgrade from my current i7 950 setup to Haswell after holding back on upgrading for so long.

I am planning to give my current setup to my godchildren, but I am planning to retain my current Seasonic X750W for my next setup.

I have a 520w Verudium 520XT lying around. Would it be enough to power the i7 950 setup?

Additional details:
Graphics: HD6950
HDD: 2x 250gb running in RAID0, might add a 120gb SSD as OS drive
ODD: 1x DVDRW drive

Other than case fans, I don't think there's anything else drawing power.

Appreciate it if anyone can advise on the PSU.
