Why need a specific machine, when an air fryer would suffice in a home setting?

The kneading and proofing can do manually what. Unless there's a need to churn out multiple pcs per day.

Bought before cheap bread maker. The mixer quite useless. End up hand knead.

Spent a lot more time but learnt new skills.

After a year, grow bored. Go shop buy faster la.

The same time it takes to prepare, knead, rise, proof. I can travel quite far out, come back, eat and even pang sai.
