CYMAX origin is a company name. After change company name, they just use it as own-label brand for brand-less products, bundle sets, promo deal and complete system bundle.

I know the reason why only retired cybermind have Noctua product. Same as Filco and used to be SilverStone & SteelSeries. They got another company that no longer active now, used to be distributor of those products. Then they pass to another distributor "Nice Day International" do for them. Now is "Red Code" but only Noctua & Filco.

SilverStone Technology decided to have a second distributor which let cybermind lose supply due to their distributor is giving up the distribution after aware about second distributor. After fews years, Avertek agree took over distribution with the advised by retired cybermind.

Retired cybermind has alot of taiwanese shareholders/investors. That the reason why they unable to lower the price or making any loss profit.

Let clear things up.

Retired Cybermind had issue notice of termination letter to all their staffs during mid-April. Most of the staffs will be dismiss in mid-May and managers & above will be dismiss in mid-June.

Company had decided their last day of operation will be end of April. And decide to put under renovating as the reason. Returning most of the goods back to the suppliers. And continue keep hidden until 16 June they post on fb & their website.

Is it so sudden??? or just want to keep hidden???
