DBS users report slowness, disuptions on digibank app
DBS said it is working to restore services.
DBS customers have reported slowness and disruptions on the DBS digibank app.
More than 1,000 reports have been made on Downdetector since 2pm on Jun. 2, with reports peaking at 1,112 at around 3:32pm.

Mothership reader said that when they tried to login at around 2:30pm, they were unable to do so.
A notification on the app said that it was experiencing "momentary difficulties".

In an update on Facebook posted at 3:01pm, DBS apologised for the inconvenience and said it was working to fully recover services on the digibank app.
"Some customers are experiencing slowness logging into DBS digibank Mobile," it wrote.
DBS's other digital banking services, including digibank Online and PayLah!, remain functional.
DBS/POSB ATMs and credit and debit cards can also still be used.
In March 2023, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) announced that it would take action against DBS for "unacceptable" online banking disruptions.
After another outage on Oct. 14, 2023, MAS ordered a "
thorough investigation" and said it would take supervisory actions against the bank.
DBS was subsequently barred in November 2023 from non-essential IT changes and business acquisitions for six months.
Then-CEO Piyush Gupta apologised and said the bank would set aside a special budget of S$80 million to enhance system resiliency.
