It is currency strength indicator - CCFp 3.1.mq4 .

remember this is not a holy grail indicator, price movement can be very volatile at time, especially during news don't depend on any indicators.

look at the left of D1 chart

More than enough info in the right direction of how I trade forex for you to do your research.

HTF trading; support and demand / supply and demand; weekly pivot; look to the left from H1 - D1 and draw your lines; make use of sell/buy limit; continue to test indicators - keep those that can give you an edge.
Many hours of staring at the screen. Try on demo. If you don't understand news don't trade during news. remember indicators just indicate, they do not provide signal, you need to interpret them.

Continue to read good quality threads, and avoid at all cost my nonsensical nonsense.

This system will test your patience; cultivate it. Try it for at least 6 months before you ditch it and continue your never ending search for a perfect if not holy grail system.

Will price go the opposite direction? Sure why not. But I trade my expectation.

USDCAD - CAD is now at the mercy of oil price, if oil continue to drop CAD will be weaken.

USD - games changer this coming FOMC.

I do pay attention to news, some news are straight forward but big player can play the other way, hence price action is still the king.

play demo? everyone also can lah, no real cash involved, zero psychology, blah, blah, blah. If that is my attitude, then I am not fit to be a trader but a low self-esteem person who wants to talk like a pro.

Demo till I have a feel and know all the basic, this could be months or years, then I will take a challenge before going live.

The challenge is if I plan to open a $5000 live account (this $5000 should not be your saving it should be considered accounted for expenditure), my demo should be $500. Each time my demo grew to $5500, I score 1 point. Each time I blew my demo I lost 1 point.
When I score 7win - 3loss, I win 1 games. When I won 80 games out of 100 games, I move on to live account. If I loss 21 games, I restart another 100 games.

Duh, live account, everyone lost money, many had tried, blah, blah, blah.
If that is my attitude, then why am I reading this post, I read because I just want to be a nincompoop.

Will you want to take that risk by placing a sell limit on Monday morning?

As for me I will think twice. Price might go higher for this pair and lower for these 2 pairs GBPUSD, EURUSD for the upcoming FOMC.

Short when price did a false breakout on the resistance with SL of 2 ATR.
1) Daily, Downtrend (Short)
2) H4, Price respecting 20 and 50EMA. 20/50 EMA acting as dynamic resistance.
3) Area of value to short; Now it's the corrective pullback towards 50EMA.
4) short when there is weakness in bull
