not exactly if i recall as my last visit was nearly 4 years ago. it got a Robinson department store + Big C + home depot(?) + Cinema and many banks and facilities and restaurants which u can find aplenty in maybe Central World? moreover, nothing special that you can't find downtown. to take taxi all the way there is quite far unless u alighting at Don Mueang Airport then is just a stone's throw away for u to visit before heading to your hotel. not sure how is it now though.

Went once when transiting from dmk to suv airport. Nothing much. Basically the same stuffs that can be found in other malls.

unless you have a girlfriend studying at rangsit university or thammasat, i dont see any point going to future park rangsit. its just another huge shopping mall which you can find at centralworld and mbk.

personally i have stayed at that area for 1month, far fetched from any touristy stuff and it gets flooded whenever it RAINS!

this is like an overseas angmoh asks you if northpoint or causeway point worth visiting or not. ultimately it depends how long/often has he/she been to singapore. and having said that and like it or not, all shopping malls carry more or less the same labels and around the same prices. of course you are more likely to find upmarket products like Patek Philippe or the likes in Orchard than in, say, Tuas.

thailand might be big but anchor stores are only those few. when you've been there far and wide enough. all or them becomes the same. just visit anyone that's convenient if you ever think of buying something. but if your idea is to check in to as many malls as possible in your forusquare app, by all mean, do so. ;)

oh do visit the new Central Embassy. we were there during the opening which was still quite empty then. their basement food court (called Eat Thai) is worth a look. ppl pay food court price, we pay food court price but the service there is top notch. here we are told to return our own trays all in the name of graciousness!? :s11: my toes are laughing! :s13:
