Purchase from them before with a friend. Not bad but not the best either. So so lar. Make the effort to survey the prices and attitude of staff working

I have been buying all my PC components from them for years, their prices may not be the best, but their service is still not bad, usually friendly, only had 1 bad experience with one of their staff bad attitude after all these years.

In my personal experience recently, Fuwell has been very unethical. I got cheated off a $10 NTUC voucher by Fuwell after purchasing a gigabyte mobo. They had cut out the serial number on the box required for redemption which I was oblivious to at that time of purchase.

Emailed Gigabyte's distributor anyway to highlight the issue. Eventually was told to return to Fuwell to collect the voucher. Couldnt be bothered to make a trip down though.

I may have lost $10 but probably save much more never stepping in Fuwell again.

I would say if most parts get from the same distro, definitely have the same warranty.

Fuwell and cybermind are quite reputable since over 10+ ago. I brought many PC components from them for my 4 PC assembled over the years (latest in 2014).

Not sure about now, but their products are more original with sealed packaging (not refurbished motherboard, etc)
