Is it a trend now for office workers to ride bicycles to work/mrt stn?

To me SG still not safe enough as in, I heard many corlicks kena their bikes stolen even when locked, some just got stolen wheels and some the entire bike altogether.

If working let's say 8 hour workday, it means the thieves got 8 hours to slowly pick and steal your locked bikes.

I always wanted to ride bike to work since my workplace is only 6km from my home but ever since I heard of the stolen bike stories, I'd much rather to just take public transport to work instead.

Alot of local kids and ft steal bicycles for living.

It's quite norm sight to see kids cycling with extra bicycle parts at night here .

If my office has bicycle lot, I will ride to work.
Save the transportation cost.

Ur requirement is simple. my requirements are both bicycle lots + toilet w shower facilities.. both are non-existence at my workplace though.
