gpu is HIS HD 6850...which distro handles ar?

Just remove the fan shroud and attach a 92mm fan on top with cable tie... Cheap and effective. ;)

Depends. If it is still under warranty then you got to bring back to Astech for a swap. But take note that it is not covered under warranty if it is physically broken or damaged.

Cheapo coolers, yes. Note that the fans can time themselves to spoil just outside warranty period.

The ubergigantic coolers, seldom spoil.

Logical, coz cheap cooler = spin faster + lousier quality.

Is this card under warranty? Why not rma it if its under warranty?
Your HIS card should be either under Avertek or Corbell (for older batches)
