My computer can start up perfectly, BUT until windows log in screen, this problem will appear.

which GPU you using? when POST got show logo or screen message properly?

My graphic card was bought in 2011, sapphire Radeon HD6000 series. If it is spoil now, I might have to replace it with ASUS GTX 1050 - every day use, HD streaming and dota 2 should be enough right?

it might be a driver issue if you mentioned when you first power on its perfectly fine. download the display driver uninstaller and run it in safe mode. and reinstall the latest driver. you have to boot up your pc in safe mode for this. if it still fails, you might have to change your graphic card.

I did the above and still got same problem. Safe mode - uninstall and install driver - restart

Go safe mode - At desktop -> right click display settings.

Make sure resolution at native (usually 1920 * 1080 60hz). Scaling put 100% for now. Then restart.
