and was seated in an area where i can look into the kitchen.
Then i noticed 1 of the 'chef' preparing the food putting french fries into his mouth, which i suppose is from the food he is cooking for customers. i suppose less 1 fries makes no diff lah

If as a cook, you do not taste own food, how you know how good you want it to be, before serving?

Instead, you shd be worried if you see the cook throwing a basket of raw thaw meat on a wet floor before putting them into wok.
